« Reply #-1 on: June 27, 2013, 04:18:13 PM »
Thanks to all who posted Chuckie recipes for me to learn from.

Frozen 3 pound Chuckie.

Seasoned Up.

In the Kamado

I got my fingers crossed because I don't have a clue about this contraption. ;D

Any advice about cooking this chunk of beef please throw it at me.

Pulled, shredded and in a skillet to simmer for an hour or so to reduce liquid.

This will be food savered up and in the freezer for sandwiches later.

I have not cook on a ceramic or kamado style grill in a couple of years but as I recall this unit cooks the same and as well
as the BGE I used and at a much reduced initial cost.
It does to seem to be more efficient in the usage of charcoal.
I started the kamado yesterday afternoon at 2:30 PM and it is still chugging along at 250 degrees.
