Super Pig, Bacon and a Frogmat...

On the Memphis at 325F for 30 minutes...

30 minutes later...

Thanks for looking!

Oh we're not done...

The ones with sprinkles my four year old daughter made. Hence broken and missing pieces. Also did not have the chocolate fully tempered yet but she insisted. She was very happy with the results and so am I ;)

Now smoke I did not come up chocolate covered bacon. But cinnamon chocolate and toffee chips.... Maybe ;)

And mine is crispy bacon with super pig! Unlike the fair where their bacon is chewy.

I've had some chocolate covered bacon at the local festivals. I think yours looks just about 10 times better. :)
