I am now the only one in the house that likes BBQ sauce (my wife has developed allergies, including Honey so she doesn't trust any of them.) I have thrown 5 bottles away in the past 2 months, most of which were still two thirds full, but way past expired date. My question is; Have any of you tried freezing BBQ sauce? I was thinking of pouring the sauce into ice cube trays and freezing the cubes, I could then take out a few cubes of sauce for myself at the beginning of the week. I always value the groups vast experience and input here on the forum, I appreciate any replies to this post. Don.
