So I'm looking at the topic titles and I see "Swiss Enchiladas"  and I'm thinking, "What the Hell do the Swiss know about making enchiladas?"  Now I know and it looks like they know a lot!

Those enchiladas look delicious. Recipe will be for future reference and will be kept right next to t2's sour cream chicken enchiladas which are wonderful.
