Looks good. Did corn on the Weber charcoal last night. 15 minutes or so on indirect, then char it up a bit on direct. Basted with butter during cook.

They are good, now try them with strawberry cream cheese. Taste like a bacon biscuit with strayberry jam

I do like the way you wrapped them.

Great idea on the Ritz wrapped w/ bacon. I can think of several "flavors" of cream cheese that would be good for this, or even the soft herbed cheeses. And of course, as Tommy suggested, fruit flavored cheeses. Thanks for the inspiration!

I made the Ritz treats for a Sunday School Party last night using philly onion and chive cream cheese.  Very tasty!

My only change was to wrap the crackers in both directions so the bacon covered the entire cracker.  This way I could cook in my beesr using high heat to crisp the bacon without burning the crackers.  Smoked with cherry wood and they came out great.  The crackers softened and indeed became similar to a biscuit as Tommy noted.

Sorry no pics...I was in a flurry to get my cooking done on time as it was.

Thanks for the idea CDN!!
