Twice Baked and Crab
« Reply #-1 on: July 10, 2013, 11:20:39 AM »
Wife wanted twice baked baked potatoes and King Crab, I say no problem.

Take your russets, clean and stab them with a fork. Into the oven until soft

Cut in half and scope out the meat.

These are the ingredients I will add. Only 1/2 the cream cheese, two tablespoons sour cream. Really all to taste.

Added in chopped up smoked bacon, green onion.

Cheese, can't have enough

Filled and ready for baking,

Done,

Crab, boil in water. I don't add salt and the crab usually has enough.

Plate,

Carrots were boiled drained and right back into a hot pot with butter and brown sugar.

Thanks for viewing,
CDN
