PIG CANDY
« Reply #-1 on: July 16, 2013, 05:53:52 PM »
Had some left over end pieces from my last bacon cure/smoke so I thought I better use them up before new bacon batch.  Sprinkled with Super Pig and onto my wife's gas grill

Melted some dipping chocolate and chopped some pecans

Pig Candy, dipped in chocolate and some in pecans.  Delicious!!!
