I'm in Spain lots of great cheap red wine & wonderful cured meats!
First nite out eating tapas, pork fed on akorns then rubbed with paprika & cured .
Wonderful ;D

Oh Man that looks good. Haven't been to Spain in many years, but I think I lived on wine and tapas! Have a great time and send lots of pictures!

Wow, that looks incredible!  I've never had tapas, but it looks like a good pork butt, ready to smoke, then turned into bacon instead!  Makes me want to go to Spain!
