Well the long suffering has endured 11 years of wedded bliss to yours truly. Figured She deserved a great meal....felt like I owed it to her ???

Just a shot of my meal. The Demi glacé reduction should be illegal ;)

And, that sauce looks like it was done it a high class restaurant by a professional chef.

This particular version was a pork shank. Crazy tender. AND REMEMBER.....WE WENT OUT
