Beef Bulgogi (Korean Fire Beef), kimchee, steamed broccoli with sesame seeds and jasmine rice... Good eats (sorry AB).

Marinated 1 # of skirt steak with scallions, garlic, sugar, pepper, soy and sesame oil for  a couple of hours. Grilled hot and fast using inverted Grill Grates on the Broilmaster gasser. Poured the marinade over the beef during the last couple of minutes. Garnished plate with chopped scallion tops.
