The wind is wreaking havoc with my drip bucket... (the 'drips' are blowing past it into the gravel)
So I rigged up a wind block.
Which worked for exactly 3 minutes until it blew over.
So I grabbed Deb's old Traeger lid. Wa la!
We'll check back later. Going out for pizza now.

5 hours later... We get home from Church and they are done. All are North of 165°.
Yank them out quickly.
The big one is for a buddy of mine, so it is in the Cambro with a semi-frozen pork but to cool down. One more is in the microwave, and the third is in an alternative FTC.
I'll slice the breast meat off of ours after they cool down. The biggie will get a few yards of Saran wrap, then into a 2 gallon freezer bag.
