Amen brother! We have nothing here.....nothing!

But we suck it up and advance the ball down the field. Head held high.....

Geez...the way you put that...I am not sure whether to congratulate you - or recommend that the cook at the Salvation Army fix you and Dr. Holly a plate of food..... :D

So - I call on the Right of Perfunctory Angst:

When an individual's native foods are no longer availed to them due to economic conditions, fear of the police - or the need to create a safe distance for the ex-wife and her attorney.....
It is permissible to carp, whine, snivel, pine, pout and even dream about said morsels of epicureal delight which were once known to - and for granted by previously mentioned individuals, now residing in the diaspora  or hinterlands and far flung corners of the known universe.
 ;D ;D ;D

BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

Oh! Sorry, it took me a while to find the CFS due to some distraction.  Yes, that is a proper sized CFS.  Now, back to the distraction . . .  :P

I'm sorry, Hub, I love your posts and especially your articles, but I just can't support you on this. Us folks up here in Minnesota have to look at fantastic pictures of BBQ from the best places on earth... We don't cry foul (or fowl) - we suck it up and make plans for the back yard or our next vacation...  ;) ;D

It is nice to know that we do not suffer alone, those of us who need nourishment of the unavailable kind  :(

That is an EXCELLENT chicken fried steak! You see, presentation of food is everything!

How did you find this restaurant, Captain? The ambiance is very refreshing.
