Great day for grilling
« Reply #-1 on: August 10, 2013, 01:32:28 PM »
Beautiful summer day on Cape Cod. Time to fire up the cooker and get grilling...

First was a batch of home fries for brunch with my oldest daughter and her husband that are visiting for the weekend...

Then some grilled veggies that will go on grilled pizza later today with smoked tomato marinara, garden fresh basil and fresh mozzarella...

Will also be nice with Eggs Bene tomorrow!! Homemade Canadian-style bacon atop Southern-style biscuits with real Hollandaise... that's gonna be a great breakfast/ brunch depending on when the kids get up.

Every day is great for BBQ and Smoking. I would do this any time I get the opportunity.

By the way, I didn't know that anyone in the Northeast did BBQ and Smoking especially in Massachusetts. That's really nice to know.

Have a great day!

You sure know how to grill the things my wife absolutely loves

I must admit that I am becoming partial to foods other than meat in my old age
