I've been four times so far ... and one of those he was out of everything except sausage (and it was still worth the drive).  I've never been a big fan of beef ribs but Ronnie puts a serious hurting on them and the brisket is unbelievable.  The new place is supposed to be nearing completion and it'll be an old school barbecue joint from what his staff is describing.  If you guys are in I'll supply the pie ...

We had your pie for dessert tonight Joe, some delicious sweetness!!! I remember our daughter made the Dulce De Leche when in 4H. Other than the long cook time for the caramel it is very easy and even I can make pies! TFS Joe. Don

Man, it's 11:15 pm, and I'm ready for bed.  I typically don't have anything to eat this late at night, but that pie would make me change my mind  ;)

Nice job, Don!  That stuff is very sweet but oh so addictive.  That dulce de leche is also great on waffles and French Toast ... and don't even get me started on what happens when you get some Nilla wafers, a jar of Nutella and a can of that golden goodness ...
