White sauce is used a lot in Alabama. While some use it as a cooking sauce for poultry, it is used a lot as a dipping sauce for chicken.

I've not heard of white sauce in this context before - sounds really good, and will try it as dipping sauce, not only for chicken, but for veggies.  ;)

Alabama white is a great sauce.  Now we have Texas white.  Good job.

This sauce is very good on chicken hot or cold or in a salad. We use it on salmon and other fish when we can get fresh fish. It is as a fine gentleman said used as a dipping sauce on vegetables and chicken wings. One other thing, we have used it on Prime Rib. You can dip your prime rib in a little sauce for added flavor.

If you want take a tsp or tbs of your favorite rub and put it in as well. It does change the flavor.

Kick it up any way you like it. I once thought about marketing this, but I don't have the energy or the time.

Man, for those that like horseradish with their prime rib, adding a little to this sauce recipe would be killer
