Pizza on the BGE

Merrick Bill:
I made BBQ Chicken Pizza on my BGE last night. 



I bought the dough from the Wolfgang Puck shop in Gelson's (only a dollar per pizza).  I smoked the chicken earlier in the day and made my own Jack Daniels barbecue sauce.  Added smoked Gouda, mozzarella cheese and purple onions.  The BGE was pegged at 750*.  Each pizza took about three minutes to cook on the BGE pizza stone.  I was very happy with the results.

Nothing like pizza cooked in a wood fired brick oven .............OR the BGE and charcoal!!!!  ( same tastes<G>)
