Thanks to all the tips, advice and help from all the ole' kodgers that took me under their wing I am able to enjoy the Hoagie Roast Beef sandwich I am showing in the attached pic .

I hope one of these days I too become proficient and authoritative enough to help others as well.

Thanks for sharing guys

having a heck of a hard time linking to photo bucket... any how-to post to be found?
