Ebelskiver With smoked cheese and Pastrami

I know i know Ebleskiver is a sweet dish not savory
Ok bring the firing squad 
But if you forgive  me i will tell you how i did it and it was great and yummy.

First i fried  ½ an onion
With 2 cloves of garlic
And a 1 chilli from my wife’s garden
In to a bowl it goes
With
1 Tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
¾ cup milk
¼ tsp cumin
2 slices chopped pastrami
½ cup of smoked cheddar  cheese (i smoked it 2 weeks ago)
1 ½  oz  melted  butter
Mix well
Oil the Ebleskiver with olive oil spray
Medium heat
And follow the  photos

Ahron..time to dig out my Ebelskiver pan..gonna try this for sure..Thanks for the recipe. I have only made apple stuff with it so far..but I'm betting cornbread would be good too..I make them with jalapenos in them. Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
