I love fresh bread and yours looks great Ahron !! Did you cut it on your slicer or was that a resting place? Great idea mixing the eggs and avocado together.

Ahron, that is out of sight terrific! I love avocado.

My wife didn't like avocado when we met, but I converted her and now she, and my daughter both eat it every chance they get.  I'll be making this for them soon.

All this food looks fantastic - from the eggvocado to the bread.  I really love bread, and in the past have had a problem getting the crispy crust just right - yours looks excellent.  Do you spritz the bread with water or have some other humidity source to develop the crisp crust?

You have given me a great idea for enhancing my guacamole. Add eggs to chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, finely diced onion, 2 avocados, salt, pepper, chili, cumin, and cayenne. Those eggs would kick it up a notch. Mash with potato masher until mixed. Serve with corn tortilla chips. And, a six pack of Shiner Bock Black Bohemium Beer. Yeah!

Thank you,

Ed
