I tried your bread Ahron.. turned out great. for the Americans, here is his converted recipe.

Africanmeat - Fresh French Bread
Thanks . it is a easy to make French bread . 1 kg = 2.2 lb) of flour (i love seeded ) 25 gr yeast = 1 ounce , 2 tsp salt , 2 1/2 cups of water . or till it is soft and just Sticks to your finger. mix in a mixer all the ingredients  for 10 Minutes . let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place .cover with a damp cloth . Kneading the dough for 2 minutes and shape it to the shape you like .place it on a tray (don't forget to put baking paper ) score  the top . let it rise for 2 hours in a warm place. preheat the oven to 260c or 500º F for 25 minutes, put at the bottom of the oven a dish with water. I just squirt it a couple of times with a squirt bottle of water. put in the bread for 25 Minutes or till it get a crispy top. keep the bread away  from the butter . fresh bread and butter is contagious .
