Thfresh dopers look garden fresh, and that pepper powder looks great! Did you add any salt for abrasion when you ground it?

You've got me considering a dehydrator since I love hot powder to add to my recipes

Those do look just hot hot!  I have dehydrated a bunch of cayennes from my garden.  When I ground them into a powder....made me realize what Pepper Spray is made out of!   ???

I LOVE hot stuff.  I'd have to throw at least a pinch of that dried pepper mixture into about everything I cook  8)

A guy at work grew some Moruga Scorpion peppers ( hottest pepper on the planet ) and dehydrated them. Well I got some whooo!
I tried a pinch of some and POW this stuff hits ya like a freight train! The nose ran and the eyes watered for a good 5 minutes and I could still feel the burn for a good hour. I mixed some in with my original container too but only about a half ts cause I wanted it edible heheh. I think I'm hooked up for the winter now LOL.
