I really like the look of those.. hard to beat the taste of dry aged beef. I really need to order some of those bags...

Trim took another 1pound 10 oz off<br />So it ended up costing $9.62 a pound for the aged beef.<br />Did one steak for supper, sorry no pic's, was very good very tender.

I got a couple dry aged rib-eyes left in the deep freeze.

Going to have to start another one soon!

Love the deep red color of those steaks.
