Sander from the block
« Reply #-1 on: September 09, 2013, 08:15:44 AM »
Too long ago since I cooked on a salt block, so I seasoned two sander filets today. Meanwhile I heated up the salt block on the mini egg. The sander was cooked for about 5 minutes at 350°F and then plated with fried potatoes and savoy cabbage.

Thanks for the reminder - need to "fire up" the salt block. Looks great - nice cook!

Looks delish, Wing; and that mini egg appears perfect for this job
