A very long day ... on campus at 7:00a, left at 11:00p. The brisket was a huge hit ... gone in about 20 minutes. I heated per my original plan and then sliced it to serve with Grand's Biscuits and Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I shared the recipe with several folks and the campus police asked me to make them one for a staff Christmas party so ... time to curry favor with those that enforce parking at my college.
