I smoked some cheese  3 weeks ago
 
After 3 weeks i decided to put the smoked mature Cheddar to a test
 
breakfast is a good test
 
tortilla,eggs.salsa.AND the smoked  mature Cheddar








It pass the test with flying colors

You weren't kidding about the "colors"!  Not only did it pass with flying colors, but the colors really stand out, too.  Good job!  Was three weeks enought time for the cheese?

Looks soooooo good!

I was going to drive over for breakfast, but Mapquest couldn't find a driveable route from Ohio to Cape Town, South Africa! :P
