St louis ribs

On Mondays I have a day off............  from customers. I had to bread tenderloins for 4 hours so I thought why not smoke some ribs. I bought the smallest st Louis ribs I could last week from Sysco, for a cookout next week with friends. I cooked 2 racks today on the pbc dusted with slap yo mama powder. I cant say enough good stuff about how good the food is coming out of the pbc. Fenway says they smell good. They were great!
