Spare ribs and cole slaw

Yesterday I had some spare ribs again. I smoked them for 3 hours with apple wood, then 2 hours FL. After that I glazed them 3 times. Side was cole slaw.

how did I miss this post.  WOW!  them are real pretty.  WC, what was the glaze buddy?  and what temp did you shoot for?  they look really good.  nice ring but I really love the color w/ the glaze.  great cook partner.   :P :P :P

The glaze was a bit of the ribs' au jus from the foil and Bull's Eye BBQ sauce with 1 TBS Super Pig. Cooking temp was at 230° F.
