Please don't find a cleaner spot.  All that grate goop just adds to the pRon in my opinion.  GREAT PIC!

I've been recycling the same cell phone shots since June.   Time to step it up a notch.     We pre-sold 6 racks within minutes of posting that picture.    ;) ;)

ya got that right.  those are just pure beauties squirt.  I would think of anything less from the both of ya.  hal and squirt are bbq mad scientist.  they have this down to a art.  the color on the ribs, chicken and butts you guys have been making is really some of the best.  and your are producing great results in such large volume.  that's not easy to do.  nice.  both ya'll have some mad bbq skills.   8)
