Great breakfast food...

Scrambled eggs with country ham, green peppers, red onion and Jack cheese wrapped in a burrito...




Served with garden-fresh tomato salsa

I love Breakfast burritos. We usually use sausage, but I love country ham and am going to have to give it a try next time.
