Smoked brisket and eggs

Although we made this for dinner, it is actually a breakfast item, and consists of the last shreds of the packer we did last weekend, onions, and hash brown potatoes.  Top with a runny yolk egg, and I'm good to go.

Nothing like crispy potatoes and the smoky meat and onion combination
The richness of the runny yolk marries perfectly with the smoky, meaty hash browns
