Left over crab
« Reply #-1 on: October 15, 2013, 02:12:37 PM »
I started to post this earlier but that Chile-Garlic shrimp BBQChef  posted just looked to good to compare this with...
Left over crab claw cakes.  The fridge was approaching empty so I had to improvise with the ingredients. Turned out really well for a left over dinner..
The glass in the pic is one of Kerry's dads old PBR glasses. It works great with ale. So I had a little Salvation with the dinner.

What is left over crab..? I ever knew that existed. The last time I took the Mrs. for "all you can eat crablegs" the placed closed for business the next day....true story....makes her a bit self conscious about wanting to go for crablegs anymore... :D

Don't often see leftover crab.  SWMBO (who can eat her weight in crab meat) did some damage to the supply on a cruise a few years ago...

.. and she didn't cut them much slack on lobster either...

That plate sure looks good, Terry...

Like Tee says, I don't think we would have any crab meat left over at our house.  Of course, we don't live near the coast and get our seafood in the quantities you do.

Give Kerry a kiss for us...

Now, Turtle, don't go embarrassing that little lady by acting like she ate all the lobster y'all had stacked up in front of her.  You can tell she doesn't eat like that.

Howsomever...well, never mind.

The crab cakes sure look good terry.

Had my wife and/or daughter been there, instead of leftover crab there would've been a shortage!  :o

Terry:  Have you any special recipes for stuffing crab cakes?  I am thinking about using the Stufz burger stuffer to make some good crab cakes.
