Meatloaf on the Pit Barrel Cooker

You said bread. Anybody try bread on the PBC?

I got my bread out.  where's the meatloaf?

Here's the meatloaf recipe:

1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 lb ground beef

Mix these ingredients together and form into two loaves.  These loaves will be somewhat loose.  I place them in a cast iron skillet. 

1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup sweet baby rays bbq sauce or your favorite sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Mix these four ingredients together and spoon over the loaves.

Cook at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
