Beautiful day - time for grilled pizza

Yesterday was a spectacular day in Idaho, likely one of the few remaining nice days before the bad weather sets in - time for grillin' pizza  :P
My sweetie likes to toss her dough
Dough just placed directly on the grill - makes for a crispy crust
Cook until bubbly
Flip and immediately place the toppings, while the surface of the dough is searingly hot
Toppings placed!
Using a pot lid helps retain heat to cook the toppings
Bottom is nicely crisped - think almost potato chip crisp and you get the idea
We used pizza cheese blend (Costco), fresh tomatoes, feta, home smoked cheddar, and olive oil - seasoned only with red pepper flakes and salt/pepper
This was the last pizza that we intended to save for the next morning (today) for breakfast outside

I like the way you make pizza.  I would love a slice.   :)

X2   Very nice looking pizza!

That is a nice looking "breakfast" pizza. For me, it just needs and egg over easy on top of each slice. But, I like eggs with everything.

Nice job. It really looks so tasty.
