Looks great bbqchef. My butcher makes a killing on partial brisket and I think he keeps the good parts, Trick me once :)

Maybe next time you cook one, take some to your butcher. Greasing the wheels a little never hurts.   ;)

That brisket looks great (of course)...

Thanks for posting this recipe for 2 people.  I have been askeered to try a whole brisket because I've heard how tedious and tricky it is.  It would kill me to ruinate one.  I can take a chance with a smaller one like this and now I have a recipe to help walk me thru the process.

I didn't check "the book", but I don't think there is a recipe therein for the mini-brisky.

I'll do this one.

Another great looking brisket.  I saved those recipes for later when I get a chance to try a brisket.
