Sometimes you need a burger!
« Reply #-1 on: November 03, 2013, 06:37:16 AM »
Sometimes you just need a burger....

After making the burgers with Worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, chopped jalapenos, salt and pepper
it was time to sauté some onions and coat them with a balsamic glaze...

Then it was time to assemble the burger...

Grilled Miami roll, sweet relish, guacamole, American cheese, mayonnaise and the onions...

Served with waffle cut fries, German-style potato salad and cole slaw

That is the kind of burger all burgers would like to be when they grow up.  Just outstanding.

You had me at "chopped jalapenos" then iced it with the onions -- two of my favorite food groups.

Delicious.  The first pic reminded me of night crawlers (in the best possible way).

The burger was already looking good, then I had to go and look up what a "Miami Roll" is...

Man oh man, I so want a burger on a Miami Onion Roll now!

That's Lucy... we don't have her yet; it will be a couple of weeks.

Chef, we are happy for you that you are opening your heart up for another canine friend! After losing Gizmo I didn't think we could ever have another dog. But after time passes, you suddenly realize, it's time. The new dog can't replace the old, it  just occupies a different part of our heart. We are ready, waiting for the breed rescue to pay us a visit, before we get a dog. I hope it's sooner rather than later.
This pup of yours is a cute one! I wish you happiness sir!
