Thai chicken satay with peanut sauce

the family loves Thai food so i did some chicken thighs.
i marinade them for 2 hours in condense milk ,fish sauce . soy and Carry powder.
And then grilled the chicken thighs.
For the sauce i cooked red carry paste ,coconut milk ,fish sauce and peanut butter.

I may just have to try a version of this without the fish and/or soy sauces (L-glutamate allergies).

That looks marvelous and the recipe just seems to fall together properly. Back when I was a road warrior I once got some satay in Jakarta that was the best I ever had -- this might be quite similar. Thanks for posting!
