Well, it ain't Pam's but it was good
« Reply #-1 on: November 07, 2013, 09:41:23 AM »
I got up this morning with a few things to do and one of them was to make home made Gravy and biscuits

First off I will say this was not as good as Pam's,  'cuase guys that gal can cook!  ;)

It was good and will keep making it, just need to thin it a little more next time.

I used fresh sausage, flour and milk with a touch of pepper and salt

I browned the sausage, then added flour til I got a good thick consistency then added milk slowly till it became nice and smooth added S/P to taste and then pulled the biscuits cut in half poured on the gravy and the rest of my list for today just seemed to big without a nap! :) :)
