Stuffed clams

Fresh clams from Cape Cod's north shore (the bay) turned into stuffed clams...




Clams, bread crumbs, Andouille, shallots, butter and freshly ground pepper

A nice appetizer!!

I think a couple of those and a very, very dry martini would make for a glorious appetizer leading up to that seafood thing you posted earlier  ;D
