Mom's Homemade Turkey or Chicken Stuffing
« Reply #-1 on: December 19, 2013, 12:34:27 PM »
The other day, when I made smoked roasted chicken on the pellet smoker, I made and served a stuffing side dish which my Mom always served with roasted turkey or chicken. I have documented that process with the attached video.

I know that this video is fairly long, but it is a good illustration of the process. If I had drholly's skills, I would have done a better job. But, the music is really good. I hope that you can stick with this and enjoy the video.

Thanks for looking.

Ed

Looks great, Ed - your mother's idea of leaning more toward the vegetables is a good one - it's on my list of things to try, largely because I'm kind of like a kid, my wife finds it difficult to feed me vegetables I'll eat  ;D

Nice job on that Video Ed!  I think the music is perfect.

A vegetable-based stuffing... now that's interesting. I need to give that a try.

Side note:

Ed's Top Five Reasons you should try Mom's Stuffing Recipe at home:

Reason #5: Mom said to eat your vegetables!

Reason #4: No recipe, no measurements... use what you like!

Reason #3: The spinach is a nice touch!

Reason #2: Anything with that much garlic has to be good!

Reason #1: His pistol was sitting right there... You AIN'T getting his stuffing!  ???
