Smoked candied almonds
« Reply #-1 on: December 22, 2013, 11:07:55 AM »
After seeing Dons post about almonds it got me going. He was kind enough to send me a recipe to try.
Here are the players

Marinated the nuts for a couple hours

On to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Smoked at 170 for an hour and bumped to 250 for another 3 hours.

Finished up. Thanks for sharing Don.. These are fantastic!
