May 16th/17th. World Championship Steak Cook-Off- Magnolia, Arkansas
June 21st. North Texas Steak cook-off- Lake Lewisville, Texas
August 23rd. Oklahoma Championship Steak cook-off- Tulsa, Oklahoma

I'll list a few more dates when they are set.  Until then, Yall plan on joining the fun at some of these!
