bbq savor = fantastic ribs
« Reply #-1 on: January 25, 2014, 12:31:27 AM »
I'm pretty picky about what rubs I use now a days.  I also have been layering my flavor profiles from the old days of my cooking.  I've been buying T's rubs for a while.  I just found the gourmet side of the spice line and love them.  I always close my eyes and give my rubs the finger taste.  then I think about what protein would be best for the flavors I am tasting.  its pretty low tech.  for anything pork it's bbq savor.

ribs two ways.

I always layer bbq savor on first on all my pork (ribs, butts and chops).  what I like about this rub is the flavor but that it is a find grind.  it sweats very well into my pork.  fired up the big nasty w/ darth vader on the controls.

silent movie night boys and girls.  plz get your soda pop, buttered popcorn and jr mints on your way in the movie.

fantastic color.

oh ya.  drinky, drinky time.

2nd night.  same as the 1st except better.  I loved the flavors of this cook.  thought I would try something a little different this time around.

this was great.  flavors were outstanding.

please pick up your trash on the way out.  pls tip the bell boy.   8)

How were the ribs cutting them before cooking? I have thought about doing that and marinating them prior to cooking.
