BBQ Sauce made in south africa

Two week ago i made a wicked BBQ sauce .
infused garlic in olive oil .
mix it in tomatoes sauce .
add worcester sauce ,apple cider vinegar ,salt black pepper,cumin powder,and hot chili sauce i made from roasted  jalapenos , bird eye chili and peppers .
And a secret ingredient . bring all to boil and simmer for 30 minutes , blend it in a blender

Ok i will tell you my secret ingredient because you are my friends .





now for the secret ingredient .
a reduction of 3 litre of coca-cola till it coating the spoon . add just 1 spoon .





Ahh the coca-cola reduction is yummy on ice cream .

Ahron - can you get Dr. Pepper ( a carbonated soda like Coke ) There are some good recipes in the internet for Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce. Many people really like it.  And - Other sodas will work as well. I will bet you will be experimenting with a few ;) ;D

Never tried coca cola but Dr.Pepper does make for a great BBQ sauce!

Unfortunately we don't have Dr pepper ,we got locally made cola and pepsi cola .
the locally made one is very high in sugar content .
So who has a wicked BBQ sauce , so I'll try it .
