My 3 Projects (Picture Heavy)
« Reply #-1 on: February 10, 2014, 08:20:34 PM »
Project #1

Most of the Players

Everybody in the pool!

After bringing to a boil and then simmering for a bit

Load everyone in the food processor and toss in some cilantro and Garlic

Give it a few good pulses to get the cilantro chopped up

Place into Pint jars and let cool then store in fridge

Project #2

The Players

Fry up the Chorizo with some of the Salsa Verde Broth water, with 1/4 of an onion, some jalapenos, and the garlic

Remove the Chorizo leaving as much of the oils behind as possible.

Toss in half of the bag of frozen hash browns, stir and cook until completely soft.

Add the chorizo back in and stir to combine

Add half a bag of cheese

Stir until combined and cheese has melted

Load a spoonful onto a warm flour tortilla

Roll into Burritos

Wrap in plastic wrap for future breakfasts and store in the fridge

Project #3

Combine Projects 1 & 2 and enjoy with a cold beer!

OH YEAH, I'm all FAT AND HAPPY after eating this for dinner!

Looks great Chris, you can also freeze and take them to work for lunch, they'll thaw out and heat up just like they came out of the fridge.

When I take pictures Tim. I want you to see, smell, and taste the food through the pictures! You should know that by now my friend

That's the problem Robert. They won't last long enough for me to take them to work!

Fantastic cook..I bet you could cold pack that sauce too, of course you would have to make a whole bunch of it, but it would be worth it. Fresh is good too.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི

Nice job! Those little burritos are a far cry tastier than the raisin bran I had for breakfast!
