Fantastic cook..I bet you could cold pack that sauce too, of course you would have to make a whole bunch of it, but it would be worth it. Fresh is good too.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི

My jars was sitting in hot tap water, they were filled with hot product and capped. 3 of the lids did suck down and ping. I still plan on storing in the fridge
