Was looking for something nice to make for the Mrs for Valentines day and I came across this recipe. Started with 2 tenderloins wrapped in bacon, seasoned only with salt and pepper.
While those were cooking on the Mak I took 2 lobster tails, got the meat out if the shell and chopped up.
Now a quick sauté in some butter, garlic and Old Bay.
Got the steaks to 10 deg before done.. Topped with the sautéed lobster and under the broiler for a few minutes.
While that's in the oven I browned some butter with a little garlic powder to serve as a sauce.
Served with fresh asparagus with Asiago cheese and a salad. I was very impressed with this.. Pretty simple but something you would get at a 5 star restaurant.
