Cook-off time!
« Reply #-1 on: March 07, 2014, 02:19:45 PM »
If anybody happens to be near Camden, Arkansas tomorrow 3/8/14, come by and get you a steak. We will be doing our first competition of the year. The Daffodil festival and steak cook-off is always a good one. We was supposed to be cooking in San Marcos, Texas but we was not able to make it down there. But if you are in that part of the world, that will be a good one also! Hope everyone has a great weekend  :) :) :)

Thanks yall! We came in 2nd place out of 28 teams  :D.  We had a good time getting to see some awesome cooking teams together again. We even made it thru the day with no rain! And a BIG THANKS to Tsquare!!!!!! Savor Spice mixed up some magic rub for us to try  :-X. IT WORKED! Glad to say, competition season is here again.
