Shrimp Po' Boy

Shrimp Po' Boy...

Beer battered and deep-fried "popcorn" shrimp, homemade remoulade, julienned cabbage, and sliced heirloom tomatoes all stuffed into a homemade hoagie roll.

(It was my first attempt at making hoagie rolls... they were OK but didn't rise as much as I would have liked.)

It all looks great to me, I like the lower rise on your bread for a hoagie so many of them have a roll that is so thick that you can't eat it comfortably.

It looks mighty good to me too. The hoagie roll looks like it has a nice flaky crust, even if they didn't rise as much as you'd have liked.
