OK, call me a wimp, I really like SMOKED oysters, (preferably the canned Bumble Bee brand) with some nice crackers, and maybe a nice cheese on the side. Please realize this is mostly due to the fact that I was born and raised in North Dakota... where all seafood was canned, frozen, etc... and mostly non-existent. We called it 'see food' because for the most part, the only thing we could do was look at pictures of it in magazines.
