Smoken..fabulous job on the cinnamon rolls and bread, I recently got my cloche because I couldn't stand to be without one after seeing it on this forum. I just got home from Florida last night, or this morning, so it's time to bake. Have you made any stuffed breads? I have made some fresh sauerkraut and gonna stuff with ham or whatever I find. I wanna do a sausage pizza one too.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Great looking bread SD.  Did you season the lid on your cloche?  Mine looks splotchy from some smattering of oil.
